Hand-applied color, carving, metalwork, bead pattern, surface texture, and measurements can vary. A listing will explain whether the photographs show the exact object or a representative example.

Framing varies by work. The product details will state whether framing or textile mounting is included so that the contents are clear before ordering.

Every Tserra order begins its journey in Tibet. The parcel then moves through a domestic transfer stage to an international shipping gateway in China before entering the international carrier network.

In-stock items usually require 2–5 business days to prepare before dispatch. Hand-painted and made-to-order items usually require 5–7 business days. After dispatch, Standard Shipping takes an estimated 7–20 business days, and Express Shipping takes an estimated 6–8 business days where available. Add processing and transit time to estimate arrival. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays; customs and carrier delays can extend these estimates. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges. Unless checkout explicitly states that a charge is included, the recipient is responsible for fees collected by local customs or the carrier.

Visit Track Your Package to check shipment updates here on Tserra. Enter your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout, or select Tracking Number and enter the parcel number from your shipping confirmation email. We send that email after your order ships. Tracking may not update during the domestic transfer from Tibet to the international gateway in China, so please allow 3–5 business days for the first international scan to appear.

Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, and include your order number, clear photos or videos of the item, and images of the outer packaging and shipping label. Keep the item and packaging while we review the request. Reporting later does not remove your rights under applicable consumer law. For a verified claim, we will offer a repair, replacement, reshipment, or refund as appropriate and cover the related shipping cost.

Care depends on the material and making method. Follow the instructions on the product page and avoid cleaning an unfamiliar surface until the appropriate method is known.
